Curious about which familiar faces are coming back, who the new actors are, and if anyone is saying goodbye? Here’s the scoop!

The Bold and the Beautiful Updates

Exciting news: Matthew Atkinson, previously seen as Thomas Forrester, is back in the B&B studio after leaving in July 2024. He teased his return on Instagram with a playful video of himself playing cornhole, mentioning, “Second time’s a charm.” Fans can expect to see him back on our screens next month!

No word yet on whether Diamond White, who played Paris Buckingham, or Henry Joseph Samiri, who portrayed Douglas Forrester, will return with him. The last time viewers saw them together, Thomas and Paris were engaged and off to France!

General Hospital Updates

This week, Kirsten Storms is making her grand return as Maxie Jones on GH. After temporarily relocating to Tennessee with her daughter, Harper, she had announced a break from the show but hinted at her comeback before the year ends. Nicole Paggi has been stepping in as Maxie in the meantime.

Also returning is Vernee Watson as Stella Henry, who finds herself in a challenging situation on Monday, August 18. Kathleen Gati is back as Dr. Liesl Obrecht, ready to stir things up with Alexa Havins’ character, Lulu, on Thursday, August 21.

Days of Our Lives Updates

Thaao Penghlis is back as Tony DiMera on Monday, August 18, sharing emotional moments with his on-screen brother, Dan Feuerriegel’s EJ. Miles Anderson makes a guest appearance as Foster, Salem’s local bookstore owner, chatting with Susan Seaforth Hayes’ Julie on Tuesday, August 19.

Alice Halsey reprises her role as young Rachel Black on August 19 and August 21, sharing scenes with Deidre Hall’s Marlena. Timothy Hornor returns as Adam, Leo’s (Greg Rikaart) juror roommate, on August 21, involved in deliberations for Johnny’s (Carson Boatman) case. Karole Foreman continues as Judge Dabney, presiding over Johnny’s trial on August 19 and August 22.

The Young and the Restless Updates

Cait Fairbanks is getting more scenes as Tessa Porter, Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) estranged wife. Viewers can see her reconnecting with Michael Graziadei’s Daniel on August 20.
