Right now, Parineeti Chopra is in London for a special screening of her sister Priyanka Chopra’s latest movie, ‘Heads of State,’ which hit Prime Video on July 2. Amid the buzz around the action-packed flick, Parineeti took some time to chat with India Today about her husband Raghav Chadha and their watching habits.
Fans Want Raghav on Screen
During the conversation, Parineeti mentioned how folks often tease her about Raghav’s good looks, saying he should dive into acting. She smiled and shared, “People always say that, and it’s really sweet! But Raghav has his own path in politics, which he is really passionate about. His goal is serving the country, and he likes it that way. So we always have this mutual understanding — he does his thing, and I do mine.”
Binge-Watching Together
In a light-hearted tone, she also touched on their binge-watching tendencies. Raghav seems to have a peculiar interest in staying updated with the news, which has inadvertently r off on Parineeti. “Raghav usually wins our entertainment battles because we check the news daily. Honestly, I can’t fall asleep without it anymore. He’ll say things like, ‘I don’t have time to sift through all that. You gotta tell me what’s good!’ And I’m just as picky! I wouldn’t sit through a full movie every day, so we both rely on each other to recommend what’s worth watching!”

India Today has lauded ‘Heads of State’ with a review stating, “As an action-comedy, it definitely packs a punch. While it’s not flawless, it’s entertaining enough to make up for that. Viewing it straight at home instead of theaters was a bit of a letdown, especially with such a stellar cast and lush action sequences that really deserved a big-screen experience.”
