Lizzo made quite the entrance at Vogue World: Hollywood 2025, showing off her noticeably slimmer physique in a stunning silver gown.

As the event unfolded—where fashion blended effortlessly with performance—Lizzo was spotted chatting with acclaimed director Baz Luhrmann. Amid the excitement, the runway lit up with unforgettable moments featuring Julia Garner, who impressed in a grand Marie Antoinette-inspired outfit, and model Cara Delevingne.

Musical acts included Gracie Abrams, who kicked off her performance from a moving truck before striking a pose on the runway, and Doja Cat lit up the stage with a high-energy performance in a custom chainmail look reminiscent of Tina Turner’s iconic Mad Max costume.

After the show, the 37-year-old singer celebrated at the luxurious Ch teau Marmont alongside her comedian partner Myke Wright, with the couple showing love as they left hand-in-hand.

Earlier this year, Lizzo discussed how her appearance has transformed, attributing her weight loss to discipline and healthy lifestyle changes—while also admitting she had experimented with weight-loss injections like Ozempic for a short period.

“I’ve tried everything,” she shared on the Just Trish podcast in June. “For me, it’s all about the science: calories in vs. calories out. Ozempic makes you eat less.”

“It really helps curb your appetite. If you can achieve that mindset on your own, you’re golden,” she added.

Shifting from her previous vegan diet, Lizzo now embraces a nutrition plan focused on protein.

“When I started eating whole foods like beef, chicken, and fish, I felt satisfied,” she explained. “I stopped filling up on things that didn’t really nourish me.”

Lizzo has always been vocal about her body image, standing as a prominent advocate for self-acceptance and combating societal pressures faced by women.

In an August interview with Women’s Health UK, she reflected on her feelings about her body today.

“I love how I look now,” she shared. “I still consider myself big, wear plus-size clothes, and have my same rolls. I feel like I’m just a smaller version of myself. Body positivity isn’t about staying the same; it’s about being brave enough to exist loudly in a world that tries to tell you otherwise.”

“Back in 2016, saying I love myself was seen as offensive… How could I love myself when I’m fat, black, and a woman? I had to fight to reach that self-love,” she continued.

“And now, I’m still fighting… It’s okay to lose weight, and it’s okay to gain it back; you won’t shame me for my changing body.”

Lizzo also touched on her battle with binge eating but mentioned she’s found a “beautiful balance” with food.
