Police have officially closed a house in Liverpool that was the epicenter of ongoing anti-social and criminal reports.

Located on Parton Street in Kensington, the property will be off-limits for three months, as decided by South Sefton Magistrates’ Court.

Merseyside Police indicated that this measure was necessary because of the “alarm and distress” that local residents faced.

PC Ciaran Morrison remarked, “We trust this closure order reassures the community that such behavior won’t be tolerated. It’s also a warning to anyone involved in activities that harm the local area.”

The order prohibits anyone from entering or living in the house until October 17.

If anyone violates this order, they could be arrested and face up to six months in prison, as well as fines reaching £5,000.
