He was arrested by police in Darwin before being extradited to Brisbane where he was charged with one count of doing acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, one count of affray and one count of habitually consorting with alleged offenders.

His legal team successfully argued the Lucey, who now works in a florist shop, was a low risk of reoffending if given strict bail conditions including a curfew.

Lucey must live with his parents, has a night-time curfew and must report to police on weekdays.

He will be fighting all charges and strongly denies “involvement in any criminal act that may have occurred at the hands of others on that day”.

Lucey is due back in Brisbane Magistrates Court for mention on May 13.

Former MMA fighter and Rebels bikie gang member Gokhan Turkylimaz is also on bail for the Logan Hyperdome incident.

He has been charged with one count of affray, one count of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm and police will further allege a circumstance of aggravation to the charge, that this man is a member of a criminal organisation (Rebels OMCG).

He was granted bail for medical reasons relating to an incident where Turkylimaz was confronted by five men wearing balaclavas, bashed with a baseball bat and shot up to eight times with a .22 calibre rifle at a house at Upper Coomera in February.
