Mr Grundeman was taken to Penrith police station and charged with supplying an indictable quantity of a prohibited drug and possessing a prohibited drug.

He was granted strict conditional bail and will appear before Penrith Local Court on Monday next week.

While on bail, Mr Grundeman is to report to Penrith police station daily between 8am and 8pm, and to refrain from approaching or contacting any prosecution witness. He is also banned from entering or going within one kilometre of an address in St Marys.
