Mitchell Connor, 32, was arrested after police made a public call for help to track him down two weeks ago.

Video obtained by 9News shows Mr Connor barge through a garage door, pursued by the dog squad.

Mr Connor is facing 61 charges relating to property offences stretching across South East Queensland.

The charges relate to the alleged theft of cars and valuables from more than 30 secure car parks and homes on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and across Brisbane.

A 26-year-old woman is also in custody.
