Police hold serious concerns for the welfare of Nathaniel Bower, 11, and Jakaya Raics, 12, who were last seen leaving a property in Woongarrah on Thursday afternoon.

Police say the pair is believed to be the Tuggerah Lakes area, or The Entrance, and have urged anyone with information to contact them immediately.

Police said it was unknown if the two missing children are together.
