Huge haul of cocaine, MDMA found in Sydney More than $140 million worth of cocaine and MDMA has been found in boxes shipped from Spain to Sydney, and a 33-year-old man has been arrested.

Four charged, $9m of drugs seized in NSW © AAP Image/David Moir Four men, including a Spaniard, have been charged after drugs with an estimated street value of $9 million were seized by NSW Police at a secret drug lab in the Southern Tablelands.

The four men, aged 19, 25, 35 and 40, were arrested outside a hotel in Yass just before 7.30am on Tuesday following a two-month investigation into the manufacture and supply of cocaine and methylamphetamine.

A search warrant executed at a rural property uncovered a large-scale clandestine laboratory and police seized 30kg of cocaine, chemicals used in the manufacture of drugs, drug paraphernalia, Australian and European cash, and mobile phones.

All four men were charged with manufacture a large commercial quantity of prohibited drug and supply large commercial quantity of prohibited drug. They were refused bail to appear at Goulburn Local Court on Wednesday.
