Another sink hole has formed at a major shopping centre in Perth's southern suburbs. Crews started excavating an area of the carpark outside Stockland Baldivis Shopping Centre on Tuesday afternoon after bitumen began collapsing. It comes four months after a huge sinkhole, spanning across dozens of car bays forced the closure of a nearby section of the centre's car park. That area remains under repair. At the time of the first sinkhole, Stockland Baldivis said in a statement it would undertake a full investigation with engineers and local authorities to determine the cause of the collapse.
