His employer Conrad Cosgrove, 44, has since been charged by police, after officers searched the room and a computer.

Mr Cosgrove refused to speak to 9News, but a friend - who also lives on the property where Mr Cosgrove rents space for his business - claimed there were only three cameras operating on the outside of the building.

Mr Cosgrove will front court next week.
