Investigators targeting the Rebels Outlaw Motorcycle Gang attended a property on Eulalie Lane, Walmer near Dubbo yesterday. While searching the rural property, officers located a small cannon concealed in bushland outside the property. The cannon was seized and investigations are continuing.

Police are investigating four separate incidents in which a man is alleged to have performed sexual acts on himself while seated next to female passengers on trains across Sydney.

Police Transport Command has released CCTV images of a man they wish to speak to about the alleged incidents, which occurred between November 2018 and June this year.

Police said the first incident occurred about 4.10pm on November 12 on board a train travelling between Redfern and Parramatta.

The man allegedly sat next to a female passenger and began performing a sexual act on himself, prompting the woman to scream and move seats.

Police allege a similar incident took place involving the same man on board a citybound train on the Blue Mountains Line between Strathfield and Central about 10am on November 18.

A similar incident took place about 4.40pm on November 30 on board a westbound train between Central and Strathfield.

The latest incident took place shortly before 9pm on June 3 on a northbound train that departed from Central.

Police allege the same man entered a carriage at Wynyard and asked a woman if he could sit next to her "despite numerous other seats being available on the carriage".

The woman obliged and police allege the man then began performing a sexual act on himself.

The woman asked him to stop and move away from her. After he moved, she approached the guard’s compartment and contacted police as the train departed Milsons Point station.

However, before he could be apprehended the man disembarked at North Sydney station.

Police have appealed for public assistance to locate the man they wish to speak to.

Police say the man has a tanned complexion, is mostly likely in his 20s, is of a thin build, is approximately 165 centimetres tall and has short black hair.

He has a sleeve tattoo on his right arm and another tattoo on his left forearm.
