A 29-year-old man from Yarrabilba was charged on Tuesday night after he was extradited from Dubbo in NSW. Police also charged a 32-year-old from Beaudesert.
The two men are due to face Brisbane Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
The first man to be charged, Matthew David Taylor, 28, did not appear when his murder charge was mentioned in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Tuesday. He was remanded in custody until November 25.
Taylor was arrested by NSW police at Port Macquarie on Sunday, and charged with murder following his extradition to Queensland on Tuesday.
Mr Menzel's teenage daughter witnessed the alleged shooting but she was not hurt.

A woman has been charged with manslaughter, torture and indecent treatment of a child under 12 in the wake of the death of a toddler in Cairns last year.The 13-month-old boy was found unresponsive at a house in suburban White Rock on September 24, 2018.Despite attempts to resuscitate the toddler, he was declared dead on arrival at Cairns Base Hospital.On Friday, a 21-year-old Manoora woman was arrested in Townsville in relation to the boy's death.
