A man has been crushed to death in a workplace accident in Sydney's south-west overnight.
The worker, aged in his 50s, became trapped underneath a steel ramp at a tow truck company in Ingleburn at about 8.00pm yesterday.
Police and paramedics arrived on the scene within minutes and the street was closed as they worked desperately to try and save this man's life.
The man suffered critical head injuries and was unable to be revived by emergency workers.
A WorkSafe investigation is now under way in conjunction with NSW Police.
