A Perth daredevil has apologised for two death-defying BASE jumping stunts in the CBD.

Bryce Eden, 35, was one of four men who trespassed on the 40-storey Exchange Tower in September.

Mobile phone footage captured them launching themselves off the roof in front of stunned onlookers.

Three weeks later, Eden and two others broke into the Concerto apartments in East Perth in the middle of the night and performed another jump stunt from 38 stories high.

He was only charged over the second jump after police raided his girlfriend's home and found video evidence linking him to the building.

Eden today pleaded guilty to two counts of trespassing, receiving $1400 in fines.

Outside court, he read out an apology to the building owners.

"There's a right and wrong way to do things, and this was not the right way," he said.

"For that I am sorry."

Fellow Exchange Tower jumper, Matthew Ross, also pleaded guilty without having to show up in court.

Three other daredevils have already been fined over the stunts.
