A man is facing serious charges after allegedly driving with his two children clinging to the roof racks of his car in Perth's north on the weekend.Witnesses claim the car reached speeds of 30km/h while travelling on at least three different streets around Jindalee on Sunday afternoon, but it is unclear how long the children were up there before they were seen.

Australian Federal Police have joined a fresh international search for witnesses to the downing of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17.
Officers want to know who commanded deployment of the surface-to-air missile that downed the plane over Ukraine in July 2014, killing all 298 people on board.
They are looking for information about separatists in the city of Donetsk, and their links to the decision-making in the Russian Federation on its military support to Eastern Ukraine.
"We are committed to seeking justice and I urge anyone with information on this matter to come forward," AFP Assistant Commissioner Peter Crozier said on Friday.
Four suspects were charged in June with causing the crash and murdering all of those on board.
Elderly woman bashed, left on street for two hours .
Police are appealing for witnesses after an elderly woman was brutally attacked in the Far North Queensland town of Port Douglas. Last night officers were called to Nautilus Street where the 75-year-old victim was found seriously injured.Police say she was assaulted by two people while walking along the street and knocked to the ground unconscious.The woman, from the nearby town of Craiglie, was left by the road for two hours before passers-by found her and called police.She suffered serious head injuries and was taken to Mossman hospital, where she remains in stable condition.
