A Queensland woman has been charged after police released footage of two rangers being attacked on Bribie Island.

Police said the rangers, aged 41 and 44, had approached the woman as she filmed a person climbing a World War II structure on the beach about 2pm on Saturday.

When they confronted the woman, she responded by assaulting them, police allege.

The woman then left in a vehicle.

She was charged on Friday with two counts of assault occasioning bodily harm and one count each of serious assault of a public officer, wilful damage and possessing dangerous drugs.

The 24-year-old from Algester has been remanded in custody and was due to face the Richlands Magistrates Court again on November 20.
