The footage was taken on Bribie Island at around 2pm last Saturday and shows a woman in a red bikini and black shorts in a heated argument with a council worker.
The woman is seen waving her arms in the air at the ranger in front of a ute with a shirtless male friend and another woman in a pink dress.
Police said a 24-year-old woman has now been charged with two counts of assault occasioning bodily harm and one count each of serious assault of a public officer, willful damage and possessing drugs.

A 44-year-old man who allegedly took part in assaulting an off-duty police officer on a Sydney bus on the weekend has been charged.Police say the 44-year-old got on the bus with a 40-year-old man and a 13-year-old girl at Drummoyne on Saturday afternoon.

The woman allegedly retaliated and threw sand and spat at the ranger before her friend in the pink dress kept the pair apart.
The red bikini woman then engaged in an argument with two bystanders who watched and filmed the incident as their ute drove away.

Both male rangers, a 41-year-old and a 44-year-old were assaulted during incident.
Queensland police released the footage of the altercation and appealed for any witnesses to come forward.
A 24-year-old woman reappear in Richlands Magistrates Court on November 20 and has been remanded into custody.
