Kyle James Henk Daniels, 21, is awaiting trial on 26 charges including multiple counts of sexual intercourse with a child under 10, at the Mosman Swim Centre last year.

The Downing Centre District Court heard on Monday that nine girls, aged from six to 11, will give evidence as part of the trial.

Daniels who has pleaded not guilty to all charges, was supported in court on Monday by his parents.

'A determination was made that there were no reasonable prospects of conviction in relation to one of the ten complainants... as such the charges in relation to that complainant were discontinued,' the spokeswoman said.

'The charges in relation to the remaining complainants were streamlined, with the criminality of the alleged offending covered by the remaining charges.'
