Police have launched a search for a 14-year-old girl on NSW's south coast who has not been seen for three days.

Sarah Massey from North Nowra was last seen leaving her family home at 4.45pm on Friday, November 22.

Information received by police indicates Sarah may have been seen about midnight on Saturday at Berry Railway Station, wearing a pair of purple pants.

She is described as being 165cm tall, possessing a medium build and shoulder length brown hair.

Sarah wears two earrings in each ear.

Her family and police have concerns for her welfare and are appealing to the community to help locate her.

Anybody who sees Sarah or knows of her whereabouts is encouraged to contact police immediately.
