A Malaysian family has been left distressed after their rental van was towed in what appears to be a parking scam.The family of nine had parked the vehicle on Lonsdale Street last night only to return this morning to see it being towed.

A furious pedestrian has left a note on a car slamming the driver's parking - claiming it forced other vehicles into the middle of the road.
The Reddit user snapped the picture in Windsor, Melbourne, on Saturday.
'Please don't be so s--- at parking,' the note begins.
'People are having trouble driving past your car because of your c--p parking job.
'Your car is parked so far from the kerb (sic) that you probably needed a taxi to get to the foot path.'
The man also photographed how far the car was parked from the gutter and made sure to clarify it wasn't his car or his parking.
A number of other Reddit users were also quick to criticise the parking job.
