Police officers have charged three people in Sydney's inner-west over the alleged supply of 200kg of cocaine.

Police arrested 39-year-old Julian Lee during a vehicle stop on James Street in Leichhardt on Monday afternoon, pulling him over after he allegedly met with Hu Quyen Do, 18, and Hieu Minh Nguyen, 21.

Mr Do and Mr Nguyen were also arrested during vehicle stops in the inner west.

During subsequent searches of the vehicles, officers seized what is believed to be 1.1kg of cocaine.

All three men were taken to Newtown police station and charged with the commercial supply of cocaine.

"The total estimated potential street value of the drugs (allegedly) seized during the operation is almost $65 million," police said in a media release on Tuesday.

Mr Chu was arrested and taken to Fairfield police station, where he was charged with three counts of large-scale commercial drug supply and knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime.

All five were refused bail by police to appear in court on Tuesday.

Further arrests are anticipated.
