  Man charged after allegedly posing as policeman and sexually assaulting two women in Adelaide A 31-year-old man is charged with rape and robbery after the alleged sexual assault of two women in their homes by a man posing as a police officer in the Adelaide CBD on Friday night.Police have alleged a 31-year-old man gained access to a woman's home in Adelaide about 8:30pm on Friday after purporting to be a police officer.

Lifeguards called police at 9am on Sunday after the 21 -year-old allegedly ignored signs warning that the world famous beach in Sydney was closed. Beachgoer is accused of claiming he had coronavirus and intentionally COUGHING on police when he was told to leave the sand at Bondi .

The 21-year-old, Clayton Eade was approached by police after ignoring 'beach closed' signs and warning from lifeguards to leave the area.

Officers from Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command spoke with a 21-year-old man and cautioned him for failing to comply with terms of noice on the sign.

After the man allegedly refused to follow move-on directions, he was arrested, during which, he coughed at an officer, claiming to have COVID-19.

He was taken to Waverley Police Station and charged with fail to comply with terms of notice erected by council, fail or refuse to comply with requirement of police officer, resist officer in execution of duty and intimidate police officer in execution of duty without actual bodily harm.

Eade pleaded guilty to all charges and sentenced to a community correction order for 18 months, as well as eight months intensive corrections for intimidation on top of the $300 fine.

It has since been confirmed that the man does not have COVID-19.

Shoppers 'distressed' by cop car driving into organic food markets .
Shoppers and stallholders at a Brisbane organic food market have been left shaken after a police car drove through the centre of the usually bustling thoroughfare. Video posted on the Northey St Organic Farmers Market Facebook page shows the police car coming close to market stalls and customers as it patrolled the market Saturday morning.The footage emerged almost 10 days after large crowds were seen attending the Jan Powers Powerhouse Farmers' Markets in New Farm.
