Police are appealing for information after two northern NSW children, aged nine and 13, remain missing.

Angus Slater, aged 9, was last seen at Heritage Park on Molesworth Street, Lismore about 4.45pm on Thursday.

Police searched the area for Angus after he was reported missing but he could not be found.

The boy is known to Araya Smith, aged 13, who was last seen getting into a green Holden Commodore station wagon in Rotary Drive, Lismore about 5.30pm on October 14.
