A Sydney driver accused of running three teenagers off the road after they allegedly stole his car will plead not guilty to a raft of charges, a court has heard.

Mazen Kabbara, 37, has been on bail since two brothers and their cousin allegedly broke into his grey Commodore and took it for a joy ride from Edmondson Park to Abbotsbury on November 1.

Police allege he chased them at high speed before they lost control of the Commodore and slammed into a power pole at the entrance to Western Sydney Parklands.

Both parents were absent from court today, and the GoFundMe page set up to raise money to help fly the father to Sydney has since expired.

Mr Kabbara did not answer the front door of his Edmondson Park home today.

He will remain on bail and is due to face court again in February next year.
