Queensland police said they have charged a 48-year-old man with multiple offences, including three counts of indecent treatment of a child under 16, one count of rape and one count of unlawful intercourse with a child under 12 years.
It is alleged the offences occurred between 1993 and 1997 but there is no suggestion the victims were from the school, which can't be named for legal reasons.

Former juvenile justice officer has been charged over historic child sex offences allegedly committed at a Juvenile Justice Centre in Sydney's south-west.
ABC News was alerted by a member of the school community after police attended the campus yesterday.
An email sent by the school's principal alerted parents to a "police matter involving an employee".
"We treat the safety and welfare of your children, our students, as our highest priority," the principal said.
The principal also offered to meet with any parents who have concerns.
"I would reiterate that the safety and welfare of your children continues to be the highest priority for the school.
"Their wellbeing will not be compromised in any way."
In a statement to ABC News the Education Department confirmed the charges saying:
"The Department of Education is aware that charges have been laid against an employee of [the] school," the statement said.
"The department is unable to comment on matters before the courts."
