  Victoria records 423 new cases as state waits on restrictions lifting Victoria recorded 423 new cases in the past 24 hours to midnight, with 149 linked to known cases, as the state waits for Premier Daniel Andrews to announce a lifting of some restrictions.Two people were reported to have died with Covid-19. The deaths bring the toll from the current outbreak to eight deaths.

There are now more than 70 venues listed as COVID - 19 exposure sites in Victoria as the state's health authorities try to contain the state's coronavirus outbreak. On Thursday evening, health authorities added Tier 1 exposure sites at op-shops in Sunshine, Niddrie and Bundoora. A Spotlight store in the Carnegie Central Shopping Centre, a dental practice in Bundoora and a Chemist Warehouse store in Maribyrnong were also listed as Teir 1 sites . Earlier this week, a section of the MCG was listed as an exposure site after a positive case attended the AFL game between Carlton

The list of 115 exposure sites across Victoria now includes cafes and businesses in Mordialloc, Carnegie, Burwood East, and Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula. A 7:00pm screening of the movie 'Those who wish me dead' at Pentridge Cinema Coburg has also been listed after a positive case attended it on Monday. Anytime Fitness South Melbourne was listed as an exposure site after a positive case attended it across four days. This list was updated at 2:35am on Friday, May 28.

More exposure sites have been identified in regional Victoria as COVID-19 continues its spread into all parts of the state.

Shops, restaurants, public transport and an antique market have been listed in Warrnambool, on the state's south-west coast. 

More venues are listed in Camperdown, about 70 kilometres east of Warrnambool, dating back to as early as September 18.

The Kelly Reynolds Hair studio is a tier 1 site from 2:00pm to 5:30pm on September 21.

The region went from no exposure sites to more than 30 overnight.

The list of COVID - 19 exposure sites in Victoria continues to grow as more positive cases are identified, with more than 150 venues now of concern to authorities. The list of COVID - 19 exposure sites across Victoria has been updated to include the North Melbourne-Essendon game at Docklands Stadium and the Collingwood-Port Adelaide match at the MCG on Sunday afternoon. This story was last updated at 9:30pm on May 26. South Yarra and Prahran venues that were attended by positive cases on Saturday night and early Sunday morning included Three Monkeys Bar, Circus Bar and Somewhere Bar. And cases have visited locations in regional Victoria , with a Bendigo hair salon and border town football club also added to the list .

New venues have also been listed Shepparton, in the state's north, as well as a motel in Wodonga, on the New South Wales border.

In Melbourne, the 123KIDS Early Learning Centre in Hampton Park is a tier 1 site on September 22 and 23.

The SUPA IGA and Madina Halal Meats stores in Brunswick have also been listed.

Anyone who has visited a tier 1 site during the listed exposure period must get tested and isolate for 14 days.
