The private family feud escalated publicly after Bennett' s partner of four years Dale Cage, 54, lashed at his son-in-law Ikin on social media on Saturday. His explanation for his actions the following day angered his Fox Sports commentator son-in-law who labelled the breach 'arrogant and irresponsible'. 'It felt a bit arrogant to me, he'd made the mistake, and should have just fessed up to struggling with living in the bubble and saying that he just sort of broke out of it,' Ikin told Fox Sports on Thursday night.

Sam Newman's podcast team is torn apart after a bitter behind-the-scenes dispute erupted with his executive producer.

Football commentator Rod Law walked away from the hit Melbourne-based podcast You Cannot Be Serious 12 days ago, citing editorial differences as the reason.

Sydney breakfast radio presenter Ben Fordham is an avid fan of the show and tried to act as a mediator between Law and high profile podcast hosts, former AFL legends Sam Newman and Don Scott.

Fordham said Law brings a 'unique element' to the show and often 'pulls them into line'.

'Sometimes they'll be heading down a certain path and Rod will say, "Hang on a minute, that's not entirely true" or "There is another side to that" - and that's what I love listening to,' the 2GB host said, according to the Herald Sun.

Fordham explained that without Law's input, the podcast would likely become very one-sided.

What really happened with Lisa and Karl? .
There has been plenty of talk about the ongoing feud between Lisa Wilkinson and Karl Stefanovic ahead of the release of her tell-all memoir. Excerpts published from the 61-year-old’s autobiography, It Wasn't Meant to Be Like This, have certainly lived up to her promise to leave “no stone unturned”.
