  Sydney travel chaos as thick fog blankets the city causing planes to be delayed and ALL ferries cancelled Heavy fog caused commuter chaos in Sydney early on Thursday morning as dangerous driving conditions slowed traffic, flights were delayed and all ferries on the harbour were cancelled.All ferries were cancelled shortly before 6am on Thursday, as the early morning weather phenomenon brought the city to standstill.

A three-car crash on Coronation Drive close to Brisbane CBD caused headaches for Friday morning commuters . The crash was just before 8.30am at the corner of Cribb Street and Coronation Drive in Milton.

The crash was just before 8.30am at the corner of Cribb Street and Coronation Drive in Milton.

Queensland Police were on the scene with a contra-flow set up to allow outbound traffic to move through.

One inbound lane was blocked, with delays back to Sylvan Road at Toowong.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said four patients, two adults and two children, were taken to hospital.

The two children were being taken to Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries, one adult was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a stable condition, and one adult was taken to the Mater Hospital, also stable.

Queensland Traffic warned commuters to prepare for a long trip and to take an alternate route along Milton Road if possible.

Man dies after turning car hit west of Brisbane .
