The Voice Australia coaches are meant to support and guide their artists through the competition while preparing them for chart success.
But as the show's Blind Auditions come to an end on Sunday, Daily Mail Australia can reveal that they may not be as 'hands on' once the cameras stop rolling.
Behind the scenes, mentors Kelly Rowland, Boy George, Guy Sebastian and Delta Goodrem have all snubbed their teams in a particularly brutal way.
The Voice star reveals he’s transgender

As of Thursday, only seven of the 45 acts that have made it through to the Battle Rounds are being followed by their coach on Instagram.
Kelly Rowland and Boy George have both failed to follow a single one of their acts.
By contrast, Delta appears to be the most engaged coach, following six out of her 10 acts already.
Meanwhile, Guy is currently just following one of his 11 acts: Chynna Taylor.
However, considering that he's known her since she auditioned for The X Factor in 2016 and they are friends, this is hardly surprising.
