For those who've seen the new horror movie (and its end credits), Brightburn ends with Michael Rooker's conspiracy theorist character The Big T ranting about supervillains who live among us, following the main character Brandon's reign of terror.

He references demonic versions of Aquaman (described as a half-man, half-sea creature who's wreaking havoc under the water) and Wonder Woman (a witch who strangles her victims with a rope that forces them to tell the truth).

So the seeds have been planted, now we just need to wait for Gunn to finish up on his other commitments.
