Reality TV star Sam Gowland has put his Newcastle bachelor pad on the market for £485,000.

Sam, 25, who is best known for appearing on Love Island and Geordie Shore, invested in the property and carried out extensive renovation work to make it 'top spec' but is now ready to move on.

The five-bedroom property, listed on Purple Bricks, boasts a spacious garden complete with hot tub, a walk-in wardrobe and a plush cinema room.

Teeside-based Sam, who owns a number of properties, describes the detached home as 'an absolute bargain'.

Since leaving Geordie Shore, Sam has had a hand in a number of successful businesses including clothing brand SG Apparel, and has been hard at work making constant improvements to his home, revealing he'd 'spent a fortune' inside and outside to make it 'top spec'.

The 25-year-old showed off a number of the property's rooms in a quick video tour on his Instagram story, including a cinema room adorned with framed signed Middlesbrough FC shirts, an immaculate kitchen and dining area and a garden complete with a raised decking area for entertaining and a hot tub.

Since finding fame on Love Island in 2017 and becoming a cast member on MTV's Geordie Shore, Sam has racked up over a million followers on Instagram.

He took to the social media platform on Friday to reveal that he'd put the property, in the Backworth area, on the market.

Sam, 31, has kept a low profile in recent weeks after bombshell allegations about his marriage and partying ways were published in The Australian newspaper. Sam is hoping for a swift sale of the property, which looks onto a golf course, so he can purchase his luxurious new dream house.

Online estate agency Purplebricks describe it as 'an exclusive rare to the market property', adding: 'This beautiful home offers generous and versatile living accommodation; properties like this are rare to the market and sure to go quick.

'To the ground floor, the hallway has access to the front living room with a featured fireplace and bay window and a study/playroom.
