Borat
Borat Sagdiyev, who first appeared on ‘Da Ali G Show’ in 2000, has repeatedly been voted Sacha Baron Cohen’s funniest character by fans. The offensiveness and stupidity of the Kazakh journalist may at first seem almost too ridiculous, but the real situations he ends up in with unwitting American citizens show that real people can actually be more ridiculous. Besides, you can’t argue with the results. His first mockumentary movie won multiple awards following its release in 2006, including Sacha being awarded a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy.

King Julien
Voicing King Julien in 2005 DreamWorks animation ‘Madagascar’ was Baron Cohen’s first major studio film role and his character became one of the highlights of the franchise, which spanned two sequels, ‘Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa’ and ‘Madagascar: Europe’s Most Wanted’. King Julien is one of the comedian’s least controversial characters, but brought much joy to children and knowing adults all over the world.

Ali G
Ali G was the first character Baron Cohen took to America successfully and one of the few that the comedic genius just can’t retire completely. In a 2001 poll by Channel 4, Ali G was ranked eighth on their list of the ‘100 Greatest TV Characters’. The British chav first appeared on Channel 4’s ‘The 11 O’Clock Show’ as the “voice of da yoof” in 1998, before earning his own programme, ‘Da Ali G Show’, in 2000. From Donald Trump to David Beckham, Ali G has interviewed the biggest stars in the UK and the US, getting them to agree with his ridiculous questions or statements.

Borat came to the big screen in 2009 following the success of ‘Ali G Indahouse’ and ‘Borat’ and his antics were just as shocking from pretending to have swapped an iPod for an African baby he named OJ to undergoing homosexual conversion therapy, his antics left audiences stunned and in hysterics.

The film ends with a kiss between the two competitors, for which Baron Cohen and Will Ferrell won an MTV award for Best Kiss.

Admiral General Aladeen
Another of Baron Cohen’s funniest and most memorable personas is Admiral General Aladeen. Although Erran Morrad is not so well known, and loved, as some of Baron Cohen?s other characters, he is one of his most memorable.
-
M. Thenardier

Father Time
All of the characters in the mad world of Lewis Carroll’s ‘Alice in Wonderland’ require a little of an actor’s comedic side, but Sacha Baron Cohen fills his role perfectly as Father Time in 2016’s ‘Alice Through the Looking Glass’. Father Time is the embodiment of the concept of time and is a well-executed hybrid of human and clockwork, with a German accent, that rules over Wonderland.

IMDb, the world's most popular and authoritative source for movie , TV and celebrity content. In the run up to the release of Star Wars : The Rise of Skywalker, John Boyega suggested that the final chapter of the Sequel Trilogy would likely mark his last outing as Stormtrooper turned Resistance hero
Speaking to Yahoo, he added: “I think Colin Trevorrow was going to tell that story. The concept art in the ‘Star Wars’ book has that image of Finn with the blue flag, and you have the AT-ATs lined up with tribal marks, and the stormtroopers take off their helmets. That would have been sick. That would have been dope, hands down.”
Meanwhile, John previously insisted he had “moved on” from playing Finn, after one fan expressed their hopes for another ‘Star Wars’ film featuring the much loved character.
He told them on Instagram in July: “lol no thank you. I’ve moved on. (sic)”
And when the fan said he had “got those Disney bucks and dipped”, John added: “nope. Not into playing one role for too long. I have more to offer than that. That’s all. (sic)”
