L’Almanac’h is the podcast of Bretagne Culture Diversité, the association which facilitates access for all to Brittany and the diversity of its cultures. It is a fascinating journey through major dates in the history of Brittany in the company of historians, historians and sound archives. Laurence Moal is a doctor in medieval history , associate researcher at the Breton and Celtic Research Center in Brest. She published a reference work on the event, richly illustrated, "Auray, 1364 - Un combat pour la Bretagne".

In this episode, she tells us about the background to the battle, how it unfolded and its posterity using extracts from medieval chronicles translated and adapted for the occasion.
