Bianca Dye has openly discussed her fertility struggles, having undergone six IVF attempts and experiencing three miscarriages in the past.

But despite the heartbreaking set backs, the radio host intends on falling pregnant before she turns 50 with her boyfriend - businessman Jay Sandter, 45.

The 47-year-old told The Gold Coast Bulletin on Saturday that she discovered that she carries the MTHFR miscarriage gene, which puts women at a higher risk of miscarriages, pre-eclampsia, or birth defects.

While the health news devastated her, she said it was a relief that she was tested for it and that the condition can be treated with medication.

Bianca described her partner Jay and his six-year-old daughter Madi, as her family. 

Bianca fell for the father-of-four after meeting him in 2017 through dating app Bumble. Aside from his daughter Madi, Jay has three-old-sons from a previous relationship.

In 2018, she told The Courier Mail of her beau: 'He's everything I've ever wanted all wrapped up in one.'
