Married At First Sight Australia got off to an explosive start when the new season premiered on Monday night.

All eyes were on Coco Stedman, 30, when she clashed with Samantha Jayne, 31, at the hens' party.

But those watching closer may have noticed that the Pilates studio owner suffered a revealing wardrobe malfunction during her very first night on the show.

During several scenes shot at the hens' party, viewers were inadvertently given a glimpse at her pale underwear and the outline of her bust.

It seemed that the temperature got a little nippy during her car ride to the party earlier, too, with the unforgiving fabric giving a bit too much information away.

According to TV Week Magazine this week, Sam and Coco and Jo and James both come unstuck due to the eyebrow-raising game.

Coco made waves immediately upon arriving at the party, and was later forced to apologise for comments she made about Samantha's former partner.

Samantha explained: 'The father of my children is 16 years older than me, so I've always gone for older guys.'

Coco quickly did the maths in her head and blurted out: 'Seventeen and 33? Mate, call the judge! I'm sorry, that's a bit red hot, isn't it?'

She then insulted the mother of two by whispering, 'Can we get a check on that?'

Samantha complained that Coco's comments were completely uncalled for, saying: 'Coco is disrespectful person. She's the most outspoken. It's not appropriate.'

The two women then faced off, with Samantha confronting Coco, saying: 'I watched you laugh and say, "Can I get a check on that?" when I shared with everyone here my partner that was actually older than me. I don't respect that.'
