Duff McKagan , bassist for Guns N 'Roses , wrote the song "Two Generation Stand" published by his youth band The Living. The single was released including a lyric music video, which shows not only her hometown Seattle but also a compilation of various archive images. The musician thus introduces the upcoming album "The Living - 1982", which will be released for the first time on April 16th. McKagan founded the punk rock band in the late 1970s at the age of just 15.

Before Duff McKagan co-founded the hard rock band Guns N’Roses in 1984, he tried his hand at playing guitar in his youth punk band The Living. And along with singer John Conte, bassist Todd Fleischman and drummer Greg Gilmore, he apparently recorded music in the early 1980s that no one had ever heard. But Duff now seems to want to change that. “The Living - 1982” will be released in just a few weeks via the record label “Loosegroove Records”, which is run by the Pearl-Jam guitarist Stone Gossard , among others.
