Nat Barr is thriving, but what about Sam?

Nat Barr is thriving, but what about Sam? Is Sam Armytage having second thoughts about Sunrise as Natalie Barr gets into the swing of things? The new host of the show is taking it all in her stride. When Samantha Armytage revealed she hadn't spoken
to her former Sunrise co-stars once since her exit early last month, she only fuelled speculation of
a rift between her and the Seven team. And now, a well-placed source reveals
to Woman's Day that Sam's reasoning for shunning her TV family comes down to their ability to replace her so willingly
and swiftly with Natalie Barr.

Sunrise host Natalie Barr is always vivacious, professional, and elegant during Seven's breakfast show broadcast between 5.30am and 9am.

But a lot happens in Natalie's morning before viewers even tune in - starting with a very early wake-up alarm at 2.50am.

On Thursday, the 53-year-old documented her daily routine to loyal Sunrise fans on Instagram, including a behind-the-scenes' look at the show's wardrobe department, hair and makeup room, and co-host David 'Kochie' Koch's desk.

Why the defamation lawsuits against Fox News could seriously hurt the company

Why the defamation lawsuits against Fox News could seriously hurt the company Fox spread a dangerous lie about the 2020 election. Now the network could face expensive consequences. The theory alleged that Dominion Voting Services, a company that supplies hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of voting machines and related services to more than two dozen states, was actually owned by a different company, Smartmatic, and that Smartmatic was formed in order to “fix elections” in Venezuela. As Trump’s early leads in several key states disappeared after more ballots were counted, the conspiracy theorists blamed Dominion, claiming that the company’s machines were somehow stealing votes from Trump and giving them to now-President Joe Biden.

Natalie is seen makeup-free in her Sydney kitchen as she makes herself her first, and only, coffee of the day.

Her at-home routine seemingly hasn't changed much from when she was the show's news reporter.

In a 2017 video she said she didn't believe in the 'snooze button' and would jump 'straight out of bed into the shower' at 2.50am, and enjoy her only coffee of the day shortly after at 3am.
