#FreeBritney: Everything you need to know about the 'conspiracy'
A movement has formed, largely without the involvement of the Princess of Pop herself, calling to #FreeBritney from the legal shackles placed on her when she was at her lowest. For a decade now, fans have been growing increasingly concerned for her health and safety, particularly after having been placed under a legal conservatorship since 2008, giving her father power over all her finances. Theories have since been circulating the Internet due to the strange content the singer has been posting on social media, and other celebrities, as well as her family members, have made comments about the growing movement. The conservatorship has been a hot topic as the court decided her father will remain as her conservator despite her lawyer's claims that she was scared of him. Then the bombshell documentary 'Framing Britney Spears' was released, which again shed light on the hardships the star has faced amid her conservatorship and throughout her career. In a new post on Instagram, Spears opened up about why she was hesitant to watch the doc. "My life has always been very speculatedwatchedand judged really my whole life," she wrote. "It takes a lot of strength to TRUST the universe with your real vulnerability cause I've always been so judged insulted and embarrassed by the media and I still am till this day." Though she didn't watch the doc in full, she wrote, "From what I did see of it I was embarrassed by the light they put me inI cried for two weeks and well.I still cry sometimes." But amidst all this speculation, how much is conspiracy and how much is a real call for help? Click through to find out all the highly suspicious details.
