Big Brother's new season finally kicked it up a gear last night with one of the first big strategic game-plays unfolding between Daniel and Chris.

Despite Daniel basically bungling it by telling literally everyone in the house that he was going to blindside the magician, he managed to pull it off and send him packing.

While Chris has made his feelings about Daniel clear, revealing he was "unpleasant" to live with, it's not the real-estate agent who's copping Chris' wrath this morning.

Big Brother housemates Daniel, Nick and Mel forged a seemingly unbreakable alliance on night one of the show. Chris Froome is right about one thing: no one realizes how long it takes to fully recover from injuries as severe as the ones he suffered. It takes time, but the problem is that Chris Froome doesn't really have enough time left in my opinion. He will be 36 in May, and a younger generation has already taken over. There are recovery benchmarks that he just isn’t hitting indicate he is past the age where his body can recover from this sort of thing (also, even if he were younger it could be career ending).
