The 20-year-old beauty - who is dating Scott Disick - and her sister, Delilah Belle Hamlin, have learned from their mom Lisa Rinna that the best way to deal with "haters" is to simply pay them no attention and not respond to their comments.
Amelia said: "She'll be like, 'Just F the haters.'
"It's kinda just part of it. You can't even really say anything about it."
Delilah added: "She just has always been like, 'Oh, just ignore it!'"
The sisters have been examining their priorities due to the coronavirus pandemic as it's made them realise "life's too short".

The beginning of the rest of my life!
On July 2, 2021, Amber Heard announced she was going to welcome a daughter, Oonagh Paige, via surrogacy. The actress - who divorced Johnny Depp in 2017 - wrote: “I hope we arrive at a point in which it's normalised to not want a ring in order to have a crib." However, Heard is not the only star that made the decision to use surrogacy to expand her family. Here are 10 stars that got a little help from a surrogate…
Neil Patrick Harris
The actor and his husband, David Butka, had twins, Gideon and Harper, via surrogate in 2010. During a 2020 appearance on ‘Wendy’, he revealed that two women were involved and, to this day, they don’t know which twin is biologically theirs. He said: "There was an egg donor, a wonderful woman who was anonymous. We took two of our best guys and implanted them into her eggs, two different eggs."
The ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star and her husband, Chris Ivery, had her second and third child, Sienna and Eli, via surrogate. After the birth of her second child, in 2014, the actress told Jimmy Kimmel: "This is an incredible thing to do with your life, to give the gift of carrying someone's child. I am forever grateful and feel very blessed and grateful to her — she who will remain anonymous. I was there with her when they inseminated her, and we held hands. I looked into the microscope and I saw the embryo."
The decision of using a surrogate was a difficult one for the actress, as she always wanted to carry a child of her own. However, she told Women’s Health during a 2012 interview how talking to other mums eased her mind. She said: "It helps that other moms have said that once they had their babies, they forgot they were ever pregnant. "So once my focus became the baby and not the pregnancy, it was a very easy decision." Elizabeth and her husband Max Handelman now have two children, Felix and Magnus.
Earlier this year, the ‘Queer Eye’ star, together with his husband Rob made their announcement on social media, sharing a funny edit of himself and a sonogram edited on his stomach. “With the greatest gift/help of the most wonderful surrogate, Rob and I are lucky enough to be on our way to being parents, this Summer. Something we've wanted for SOooo many years. Our hearts are so full right now. I cannot wait to hold this baby, and to show him so much love," he captioned the photo.
The ‘Tiny Dancer’ hitmaker and his husband, David Furnish, have two sons via surrogacy. The couple used the same surrogate for both children, Zachary, 10, and eight-year-old Elijah. Recalling how the couple reacted in the delivery room at the time of birth, Elton said:"We tried to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We were as excited at the prospect of Elijah's birth as we were at the prospect of Zachary's - but much less nervous." When talking about the surrogate, he told PEOPLE: "She is a wonderful, kind and loving woman."
Kim Kardashian West
The reality star and her estranged husband, Kanye West, had two of their four children via surrogate. After she developed placenta accreta - a potentially life-threatening condition - during her first two pregnancies, it was unsafe for Kim to get pregnant again. Both her youngest children, Chicago and Psalm, came from surrogacy. However, she did not find the experience easy. She told ET in 2017: "You know, it is really different. Anyone that says or thinks it is just the easy way out is just completely wrong. I think it is so much harder to go through it this way, because you are not really in control."
Sarah Jessica Parker
The actress and her husband, Matthew Broderick, welcomed their twins via surrogate in 2009. Sarah gave birth to their first child, James Wilkie, in 2002 but they struggled to have more. Six years later, the shoe designer told ‘Access Hollywood’ that they were expecting twins, Marion and Tabitha. She said: "We didn't expect it. I think after a certain amount of time, you tend to hold your hopes at bay a bit so as not to be disappointed. One really would have been thrilling and we would've felt incredibly lucky. And two was a comedy."
The supermodel’s son, York Banks Asla, was born in 2016 via surrogate. Tyra discussed some months before her fertility issues. She told People how she did IVF treatments to have a child with her boyfriend, Erik Asla. To announce their “miracle little boy”, Banks wrote on Instagram: "He's got my fingers and big eyes and his daddy Erik's mouth and chin. As we thank the angel of a woman that carried our miracle baby boy for us, we pray for everyone who struggles to reach this joyous milestone."
Delilah - who is dating 'Love Island' star Eyal Booker - added: "I think that what I've learned through this whole COVID experience, it's not really about the certain goals I have.
