In photos shared to Instagram on Saturday, thepresenter, 50, showed off her leggy figure in a slinky black frock teamed with stockings and ballet slippers.
The blonde beauty couldn't wipe the smile off her face as she embraced a dapper Rod, who held onto a glass of red wine, and later posed with Rod's entourage.
Penny swept her tresses into a chic up-do and wore elegant makeup, and appeared in great spirits as she captured a slew of snaps in front of their chauffeur-driven car.

'The band is back!! So exciting to see the band back together again here in Hungary, in the run-up to the shows in Vegas from next month,' Penny captioned the post, promoting Rod's Las Vegas residency.

'He's got over the initial nerves of, "I'm not going to be able to sleep until you come home",' she explained.
'I can't really message him on the job, but I always text him when I get back to the station to reassure him before he puts his head down so he doesn't need to wait for me to get back home.'
Penny went on to say: 'He sees the joy I get out of it. But now he also sees my confidence. And he's proud I'm raising the positive profile of the police and helping support police charities.'
