After 30 Years of Breeding Condors, a Secret Comes Out

After 30 Years of Breeding Condors, a Secret Comes Out ‘Virgin birth’ might be more common in animals than we thought. So it was quite a shock when, a few years ago, scientists conducting DNA tests as part of routine research found two condors with unexpected paternity. These two birds—known by their studbook numbers as SB260 and SB517—did not have their fathers recorded in the studbook. Actually, they had no fathers at all. A third added: 'Ok please look at this thread of bags... they're so ridiculous but I have a newfound need to own them all'

'Actually love this and sad it's so expensive,' another wrote.

A fifth said: 'I will never own this bakes beans tote bag, and that fact, that sad fact, upsets me'

The collection comes after English fashion designer Anya Hindmarch, 53, released her new book If In Doubt, Wash Your Hair.

She was just 18 and had never studied fashion or art, when she launched her self-titled accessories brand which gathered notable clientele including Princess Diana.

Anya recently spoke to You about being courageous, saying: 'I’ve given many talks about my career and the parts people always want to discuss with me afterwards – women in particular – are the ones about self-doubt and how I cope with it.

'I’ve been at some quite grown-up political meetings and on various boards over the years and what you come to realise is everyone has that nagging inner critic.

'Everybody suffers from imposter syndrome. It’s just nobody is terribly honest about it'
