Sophie Monk and Stu Laundy have only just gone public with their relationship after the 37-year-old declared her love for the publican on The Bachelorette last week. Sophie told Woman's Day she wants a laid-back wedding to Stu and the pair are actually planning to “elope”.

And if that’s not exciting enough, the 37-year-old reveals that her Bachelorette beau, publican Stu Laundy, 44, will be joining her in the idyllic Spanish location while she’s filming the show.

Despite their hectic work schedules and plenty of time apart, Sophie isn’t worried about doing long distance. “I’ve done it most of my life. I’m never in one spot,” she explains. “His schedule is pretty flexible as well. If I had someone who worked in an office it would be a bit tricky, so we’ve got the freedom of travelling together.”
