It was a big night for breakout star Tiffany Haddish when she attended her first Oscars on Sunday.

Despite rapturous applause during a presentation with Maya Rudolph, the highlight of the Girls Trip actor's night might have been this run in with eligible bachelor Brad Pitt.

"Oh, I just met him on the elevator, he said in one year if he’s single, and I’m single we gonna do it, so you know what that means!" Haddish told Kelly Ripa backstage at the 90th Academy Awards.

Talk about an elevator pitch! While Haddish, 38, seemed pretty excited at the prospect of getting it on with the hunky 54-year-old dad, there could be a dealbreaker.

"But he do got seven kids, I don’t know if I could deal with a man that’s got that many kids," she reasoned, before playing a game of "Marry, Date, Ditch".

Pitt famously separated from wife Angelina Jolie in 2016, and Haddish isn't publicly dating anyone right now, so, why the wait?

"I don’t know, he told me to wait a year," the comedian said.

Haddish isn't the only Oscar starlet who wouldn't mind a date with the Fight Club actor. Appearing on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen recently, Jennifer Lawrence reluctantly shot down rumours that the pair were dating.

"No, I’ve met him once in like 2013, so it was very random," the 27-year-old said mother! Star of the gossip. "But, I also wasn’t like, in a huge hurry to debunk it!"
