It's the last commitment ceremony of the experiment. Can you BELIEVE we've made it this far without any couple swaps? Only couple swap discussions, which is different, OK?

First things first: Sarah is still dressing Telv (pocket square, anyone?), so things are obviously back on track. Expert John asks how things have been since their private therapy sessions — in which he told Sarah and Telv to start planning out their days — and Telv says it's been smooth sailing. Telv recalls Sarah saying a house brick has more romance in it than he does.

Fortunately, Telv has upped his game in the romance department this week, and Sarah is super appreciative. Telv has said he wants to stay, as had Sarah. But then Telv leaves the room and Sarah gets nervous that maybe he didn't REALLY say stay. But then in comes house brick, sorry, Telv with a bouquet of flowers! We collectively say 'aww' before kicking Sarah and Telv off the couch.

It’s the final day of Yes Week, and our couples awaken so that they can force each other to do whatever they say. The experts say Yes Week is designed to fast-track the couples' relationships, but I think it's because torture is fun. RELATED: ' Married At First Sight ' recap , Season 5 Episode 11

Patty and Chazza are on a high after the dinner party. They are feeling smug and powerful. Calling out the bad boys about wife swap has brought them closer together, and Charlene says Pat "manned up". This bothers feminist Dean. From the couch he begins to shake his head. The experts ask him what his beef is.

"I wasn't impressed with anyone's behaviour last night," he says. "For Charlene to say that Pat manned up, I disagree. If you were really concerned about the women being disrespected, you should have said so on the night, not wait until the next day and have your wife step up on your behalf."

Glenn Dyer’s TV Ratings

Glenn Dyer’s TV Ratings Worrying signs for Seven, as flagship shows start to just plain flag.Married At First Sight dominated the night nationally — 1.87 million, in the metros 1.34 million and the regions, 532,000. Seven’s MKR is now just another program — 1.28 million nationally, almost 600,000 behind. And it couldn’t crack a million in the metros — the 858,000 was a new low. And that performance spells rising danger for Seven and its management. MKR was fourth nationally, third in the metros and in the regions. That is the weakest result of its entire life so far. Both Celebrity and MKR have turned very underwhelming.

Pat says he's "not here for mates", he's here for Charlene. Both say stay. The power couple remains intact.

The experts ask how things have been since Trish's intimacy therapy session. The answer is "not great, cheers Trish."

Carly says Justin shut down after buying himself mesh lingerie. Buying yourself mesh lingerie and then emotionally shutting down is textbook behaviour. Wait, it’s not? Never mind.

“Oh God, did you send more than one sext? I have ONE RULE.”

Justin says he's grateful for Trish's sexy tips and tricks, but that the spark remained non-existent. Carly asks Justin, "Why did you decide to just give up? I have so much more of a willingness to try."

Justin sounds bored. Almost as bored as he was when probed by his wife at the dinner party.

She's also annoyed that Justin said disrespectful things about her at the boys' night.

"In the end, we both had to confront the fact that no matter how much I may cover myself in sprinkles, I am not, in fact, an ice cream."

"There's one thing that I've learnt from this experiment and that's what I deserve. And what I deserve is a lot more than what you can give me."

Boom. As Ashley would say, "SAAAAYAAAAAAAA."

My faves.

Because Mel wasn't at last week's commitment ceremony due to the birth of her granddaughter, the experts ask how the reunion was between her and John.

"I felt a massive attraction," she admits, revealing absence definitely made the heart grow fonder! She's starting to realise that the end of the experiment is near and she has the possibility of having her heart broken.

John thanks the experts for bringing his London-based daughter Jessi to town to meet Mel.

He says Mel definitely got the tick of approval from Jessi, who told him, "Dad, if you're not happy with Melissa, you're never going to be happy in your life."

Harsh, but fair. Can Jessi please be one of the experts?

Once again, Tracey has to decide if she wants to stay with a guy who keeps screwing her over. She's a bit sick of the emotional rollercoaster that is her relationship with Dean.

Dean is adamant that what happens on boys' night should stay on boys' night and that he doesn't regret what he says. He says "no-one got hurt", which is interesting because there’s a litany of hurt people in his wake.

"Um, hello. What about me, Dean?"

In terms of his relationship, Dean says he's really happy with Tracey. Dean says, quite honestly, that he's falling for Tracey, and it's a bit scary for him. He says stay. So does Tracey, though she hopes that Dean is learning from his 47,000 mistakes.

Is anyone else baffled that Troy and Ashley, who arguable have less chemistry than Jo and Sean (RIP), are still here?

Prior to the ceremony, Troy tells Ashley that he "loves" her and "cares" for her, but if he really loved and cared why isn't he wearing a matching shirt to complement her blue dress? I'm disappointed in you, Troy. I'm disappointed, and Australia is disappointed.

Ladies and gentlemen, the despondent couple!

Ashley is giving Troy the silent treatment because she's still reeling from the revelation that he talked about how her mum is hot at boys' night.

They discuss this during their couch time at the commitment ceremony.

Ashley is maaaaaaaad. She says she's at her wit’s end with Troy after finding out he talked about her mum. She's mostly mad that she was blindsided about it at the dinner party because Troy never mentioned it beforehand. They seem very angry with each other and, surprise surprise, they both stay.

Honestly. At this point, I’ve turned on Ashley because she should have abandoned ship months ago. The only explanation is that she’s an alien in disguise sent here from outer space in order to learn human behaviour. Joke’s on her!

Nasser and Gab have had a nice few days despite knowing their relationship is in turmoil. They've been at peace with the fact that their relationship is over. Nasser breaks down crying and has to leave the room. He's sad that he hasn't found love like he wanted. They both decide to leave, as good friends.

And just when you think the episode is ending on a peaceful, mellow note, Expert John drops this bombshell.

Each groom will have a date with another bride. Not in a gross way, but as a way of seeking relationship advice from an outsider's perspective. Charlene and Dean are preeeeeetttttty confident that they're going to be matched up. Tracey is tickled by this.

In less exciting news, the grooms are planning romantic final dates for their ACTUAL brides.
