Sonia was mid-sentence when she tripped over the bulky sound equipment.

Regaining her composure, she added: 'Do you know what? I knew that was going to happen! I just knew it. Anyway, as I was saying...'

Luckily the seasoned TV host has a sense of humour and has laughed off the incident.
