Namibia, Netherlands and Papua New Guinea will now enter the 'first-round' of the T20 World Cup in Australia next October.

The first-round will see two groups of four teams play a round-robin tournament across one week.

The top two teams from each group will then enter the Super 12 stage, where Australia has already qualified.

The first-round features Sri Lanka and Bangladesh who will have their work cut out for them to defeat these teams riding on the back of a massive wave of momentum.

The final two spots in the first-round will be decided between Scotland, UAE, Oman and Hong Kong.
