The Dragons are understood to have tabled a three-year offer worth about $2m. The Sea Eagles have offered Suli a two-year deal worth about $1.2m.

Manly, however, took a punt on Suli when his $1.3m deal with Canterbury lasted only a month. The Dogs had approached Suli after he was sacked by Wests Tigers for disciplinary reasons.
