The Cleveland Cavaliers are not at the restart in Orlando, but they have signed a new player with Jordan Bell. The former Big of the Warriors will sign a two-year contract in Ohio.

Shams Charania reports from The Athletic . Bell will sign a contract with the Cavs by the end of the 2021 season, but no financial details have been given.

Bell was most recently active for the Memphis Grizzlies, to which he was traded by the Minnesota Timberwolves on the trade deadline. The Grizzlies released the Big Man after just two games.

This season Bell made a total of 29 games for the two teams, playing 3.2 points and 2.8 rebounds in an average of 8.8 minutes. Bell had previously played for the Golden State Warriors for two years, winning a title in his 2018 rookie season. The Big was used in 17 playoff games and played an average of 10.2 minutes.

In addition to Bell, the Cavs also signed rookie Dean Wade, the winger had previously only had a two-way contract.
